Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and organized Operations Intern to assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the team. You will work closely with the Operations Lead to ensure smooth workflows and support various operational needs within the department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily operational and administrative tasks for the team
  • Assist in managing resources, scheduling meetings, and tracking project milestones
  • Maintain accurate documentation, records, and reports related to ongoing projects
  • Facilitate communication between the team and other departments
  • Help organize and manage office and project equipment or supplies
  • Support process improvement initiatives and suggest solutions for operational challenges
  • Assist the Operations Lead with special projects, data entry, and follow-up activities
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and onboarding
  • Support people management activities, such as tracking attendance and performance records

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering Management, Computer Science, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Good understanding of software development workflows preferred but not required
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively under supervision
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
