Job Summary

Support both software product delivery and daily team operations by assisting in product tasks coordination, facilitating team meetings, managing documentation, and handling administrative tasks. Work closely with technical leads and Operations Lead to ensure efficient workflows and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate and document daily standup (Kanban or Agile-based) meetings to track technical and operational tasks.
  • Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of technical products; help monitor deliverables and escalate issues where needed.
  • Coordinate and schedule team meetings, manage calendars, and follow up on action items.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and product documentation, including meeting minutes and status updates.
  • Support recruitment and onboarding activities, including scheduling interviews and maintaining employee documentation.
  • Track people management tasks such as attendance, leave, and performance records.
  • Assist in procurement of project equipment or office supplies.
  • Help draft, review, and implement team policies, guidelines, and process improvements.
  • Update and monitor product management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Jira, Trello) and issue tracking databases.
  • Provide administrative and operational support for special projects and act as a coordination point for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering Management, or a related field.
  • 0–6 months of professional experience (internships, coursework, or academic projects may count).
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with ClickUp or other product management tools is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Kanban workflows and technical product processes is a plus.
  • Strong collaboration skills, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn and improve processes.
