Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
IT Sales Executive
to join our growing team. This role focuses on building strong relationships with clients in the UK and Europe, identifying opportunities, and driving sales of our IT services. The ideal candidate is proactive, persuasive, and motivated to exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and reach out to potential clients across the UK and Europe.
  • Identify client needs and present tailored IT service solutions.
  • Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads consistently.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
  • Manage and update interactions using CRM tools.
  • Prepare and deliver regular sales performance reports.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales and revenue targets.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in IT sales, preferably B2B or technology services.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken & written).
  • Strong ability to understand client requirements and propose solutions.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven with strong negotiation skills.
