We are looking for a UX/UI Designer with strong expertise in creating and improving complex application interfaces for ERP/CRM software. The designs are built in Figma and should follow a structured approach with reusable component libraries, aligned with Tailwind CSS principles.

Key Requirements:

Figma Mastery: Excellent knowledge of components, variants, auto-layout, prototyping, and design systems.

Design Systems & Component Libraries: Ability to create and maintain scalable UI kits with reusable elements (buttons, forms, tables, filters).

ERP/CRM UX Experience: Proven ability to design intuitive, data-heavy business applications including forms, dashboards, workflows, and complex navigation structures.

User-Centered Design: Skilled at translating business processes into clear, logical user flows with a focus on usability and efficiency.

Attention to Detail: Strong sense of typography, spacing, visual hierarchy, consistency, and accessibility (WCAG compliance).

Collaboration & Communication: Works closely with developers, product owners, and stakeholders, and is able to explain design decisions clearly.

Deliverables: Beyond screen designs, provides structured documentation, component libraries, guidelines, and prototypes.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Familiarity with Tailwind CSS in code, design tokens, and theming systems.

Basic front-end development knowledge (HTML, CSS, React, Angular, etc.).
