We are looking for a motivated Cold Caller to help us reach potential clients and generate new business opportunities. This is
not a call center job
—you will be directly contributing to the company's growth by initiating meaningful conversations and building relationships with prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce company products/services.
  • Understand client needs and provide relevant information.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions in CRM.
  • Follow up with leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
  • Achieve monthly targets and KPIs set by management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center or sales-related calling role.
  • Strong communication and persuasive skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills for CRM usage.
