Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cold Caller located in Islamabad. The Cold Caller will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients via phone to introduce and promote Bizbackerz's services, maintaining records of calls and client responses, and developing leads. The role also involves following up with clients to ensure satisfactory service, providing information about our offerings, and answering any questions clients may have.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience in cold calling, sales, or telemarketing
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
  • Understanding of business growth and development services
  • Ability to work independently on-site in Islamabad
  • Previous experience in business development or related field is a plus
