Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Tribe Consulting, located in Karachi. The role involves managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and hiring top talent to ensuring best practices in employer branding. Daily tasks include conducting interviews, collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, and maintaining a positive candidate experience. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will also contribute to implementing strategies that foster a strong employer brand and streamline recruitment processes during the designated night shift hours.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting strategies
  • Experience in Hiring and Interviewing processes
  • Strong skills in Employer Branding to enhance organization reputation
  • Ability to build positive relationships with hiring managers and candidates
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment metrics
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Prior experience in recruitment within the BPO or BPM sector will be a significant advantage
