Job Title: The Primary role ofBL is to maintain contact with customers during implementation and support, as well as keep the project in time and scope. The BL will work closely with Project Manager to ensure the success of the implementation. He is also responsible for the implementation of new systems initiatives and day to day operational support of the ERP systems across Country.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

· Accounting background with the ability to understand systems and processes in order to train customer team.

· Quick Learning capabilities of ERP system

· Understand essential reporting needs.

· Determine essential go live needs and communicate these to Customer on an ongoing basis.

· Highlight problem areas that need urgent attention in order to remain on tight go live dates

· Continue to be a point of support and training for customer after go live on the new ERP system.

Education and Experience:

ACCA/ ICMA/ B.Com/ BBA / MBA

Proven experience as an ERP Functional Consultant or similar role.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Working Conditions:

Some travel may be required for client meetings and go-live support.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs70,000.00 per month
