Position Title: SAP QM Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented SAP QM Consultant to join our SAP delivery team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, supporting, and optimizing Quality Management processes within SAP. This role requires excellent communication skills, fluency in English, and the ability to collaborate with both local and international clients to ensure seamless integration of quality processes across projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure, implement, and support SAP QM module functionalities.
  • Collaborate with PP, MM, and PM teams for process integration and optimization.
  • Handle quality notifications, inspection plans, results recording, and quality certificates.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
  • Provide end-user training, documentation, and support for QM processes.
  • Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Communicate effectively with international clients to deliver high-quality SAP support and solutions.

Required Skills & Qualification:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on experience in SAP QM implementation or support.
  • Strong understanding of SAP QM processes and integration with production and procurement.
  • Excellent command of English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • SAP certification in QM will be considered a plus.
