We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven Social Media Manager to oversee social media strategy, content, and paid campaigns across multiple brands. The candidate will lead the social media team, manage advertising budgets, and develop data-driven strategies to boost brand visibility, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

● Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business objectives.

● Oversee content planning and ensure brand consistency across all social channels.

● Lead the social media team, providing creative direction and performance feedback.

● Plan, create, and manage paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).

● Monitor and optimize ad performance to maximize ROI and conversions.

● Analyze campaign data and prepare detailed reports with insights and improvement plans.

● Collaborate with content writers, designers, and ad specialists for integrated marketing campaigns.

● Stay updated with ad policies, targeting options, and new advertising trends on major platforms.

● Manage influencer collaborations, partnerships, and brand ambassador programs.

● Ensure consistent brand tone and handle online reputation management.

● Present campaign results, performance metrics, and recommendations to management.
