ABOUT THE JOB

We're looking for a
creative & driven Social Media Manager
to join our team at Knodemy

If you're passionate about
digital storytelling, content strategy, and the latest social media trends
, this is your chance to take full ownership of a brand's online presence. You'll be the voice of Knodemy across platforms, shaping how we connect with educators, students, and the wider EdTech + AI community.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Own and manage Knodemy's social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Build and execute a
    content calendar
    that aligns with Knodemy's
    AI + EdTech
    vision, product launches, and campaigns
  • Ideate and create engaging posts, reels, stories, videos, and infographics that resonate with students, educators, and stakeholders
  • Monitor social media conversations, respond to comments/messages, and foster an active digital community
  • Collaborate with design team to ensure campaigns reflect our mission
  • Stay on top of AI, EdTech, and social media trends to keep Knodemy's content fresh and relevant
  • Analyze performance metrics, prepare monthly reports, and share insights with the team
  • Provide
    live coverage of events
    and highlight Knodemy's activities through storytelling

YOU'RE A FIT IF YOU…

  • Have 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing
    brand/company social media
  • Know how to craft engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences
  • Can turn complex
    AI + EdTech themes
    into simple, scroll-stopping stories
  • Are comfortable owning campaigns from
    idea → execution → reporting
  • Love experimenting with
    new formats
    (reels, shorts, carousels, memes, stories)
  • Are independent, resourceful, and excited to grow Knodemy's digital voice

Must Haves

  • Prior experience building and managing social media for a
    brand/startup
  • EdTech or AI-savvy (or hungry to learn)
  • Strong communication & presentation skills
  • Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Bonus Points For

  • Running paid ad campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube)
  • Social listening + community management skills
  • Basic video editing & design chops (Canva, CapCut, Figma, etc.)
  • Familiarity with SEO, influencer marketing, or content partnerships
