DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own project planning and tracking across all Marketing initiatives—campaigns and ad hoc B2C/B2B projects.

  • Identify and resolve project risks, timeline conflicts, or resource gaps before they become blockers.

  • Train and onboard new Marketing team members on workflows, tools, and project updates.
  • Proactively identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline repetitive tasks and reporting.
  • Analyze trends in project performance and delivery metrics to recommend and implement improvements.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Project Management, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in project management, ideally within a Marketing, Creative, or Agency environment.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple complex projects with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience setting up and maintaining project management tools and dashboards.
  • Experience in change management and process optimization is strongly preferred.

  • Deep knowledge of project management methodologies
  • Expert in tools like Asana, , Smartsheet, Notion, or similar.
  • High analytical skills – confident in using data to drive performance insights and improvements.

  • Strong time management and attention to detail, with a bias for action and delivery.
