Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager, located in the Karachi Division. The Project Manager will oversee project expediting, manage project timelines, ensure quality inspection standards are met, and handle logistics management. Daily tasks include coordinating various project activities, monitoring progress, identifying and addressing issues, and communicating with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and oversee end-to-end project execution.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (designers, developers, writers).
  • Ensure timely project delivery while maintaining quality standards.
  • Communicate with clients, gather requirements, and provide progress updates.
  • Identify risks, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Maintain project documentation and reports for management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, IT, or a related field.
  • 1+ year of proven experience
    in project management (preferably in eBook, design, or web/app industry).
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication (English proficiency required).
  • Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
