Job Title: Business Development Executive – Lead Generation (Job Portals)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Business Development Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads through various job portals and other online platforms. You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, reaching out to potential clients, and supporting the sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential clients using job portals (e.g., Dice, LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, etc.)
  • Generate qualified leads by tracking job postings, company hiring trends, and decision-makers.
  • Initiate outreach via email, phone calls, or LinkedIn messages to introduce the company's offerings.
  • Maintain and update the lead database with accurate information.
  • Work closely with the sales team to set up discovery meetings or demos with potential clients.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
  • Track and report lead conversion metrics and other KPIs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in lead generation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in lead generation or business development, preferably in recruitment or B2B services.
  • Proficiency with job portals and professional networking sites.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a knack for identifying opportunities.

Location: Wapda Town, Lahore

Timings : 5 pm to 2 am
