About the Role

We're looking for an energetic and motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals who have excellent English communication skills and a passion for building client relationships. You'll play a key role in generating leads, engaging with prospects, and supporting sales operations while learning from experienced mentors in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach methods.
  • Client Communication: Conduct introductory calls, product demos, and follow-ups using clear and professional English.
  • Sales Coordination: Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations in flawless English.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate customer data in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Target Achievement: Work toward monthly and quarterly goals with support from the senior sales team.
  • Market Insights: Share client feedback and insights with internal teams to help improve products and processes.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or any relevant field (fresh graduates welcome).
  • Experience: 0–2 years in sales, customer service, or business development.
  • English Proficiency: Native-level fluency in written and spoken English (IELTS 7.5+ or equivalent preferred).
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and email writing skills.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
  • Positive, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Resilient and comfortable with rejection.
  • Able to work independently and within a team.
