Position Overview

We are looking for a
Junior Business Analyst
with 1–2 years of experience who can support business analysis activities, assist in gathering requirements, and contribute to process documentation and project coordination. This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow in the field of business analysis and gain hands-on exposure to projects across different domains.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Support in analyzing business processes and creating process flow diagrams.
  • Contribute to preparing functional requirements through use cases, basic wireframes, and user stories.
  • Provide support in creating data flow diagrams and maintaining documentation such as data dictionaries and context diagrams.
  • Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
  • Update and maintain project documentation on tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
  • Support in preparing design mockups using Figma (basic level).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Basic knowledge of business analysis tools and techniques (e.g., process flows, use cases, wireframes).
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools (JIRA, Figma, MS Office, etc.).

Preferred

  • Certification or training in Business Analysis / Data Analytics.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology.

Experience

  • 1–2 years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar support role.
  • Internship or project experience in requirement gathering, documentation, or process mapping will be a plus.
