Your Mission: Hunt & Close

  • Prospect & Hunt: Generate your own pipeline through strategic outreach to decision-makers at US-based B2B companies.
  • Own the Full Cycle: Lead the sales process from first contact to closed deal—qualifying, presenting, negotiating, and closing.
  • Drive Revenue: Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools, directly impacting our company's growth.
  • Earn Like a Partner: Your compensation is directly tied to your results through a transparent, uncapped commission structure.

We're Looking For You If You Have:

  • 1+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, international sales, or business development. You know how to hunt and close.
  • Professional, confident English to build rapport and handle negotiations with US clients.
  • A pipeline-obsessed, resilient mindset driven by targets and incentives.
  • The ability to work on-site in Karachi during night shifts to sync with the US business day.
