We're ABS International, and we're building our in-house, flagship sales team from the ground up. We're not an outsourcing agency, and this isn't customer support. You will be the frontline, engaging directly with US-based businesses, owning the conversation from first contact to closed deal, and driving revenue for our core projects.

This is a role for salespeople who want to move beyond scripts and targets to become true business hunters.

Here's What You'll Actually Do:

  • Hunt and Close: Proactively reach out to and engage decision-makers at B2B companies in the US market through professional calls and strategic follow-ups.
  • Own the Deal: Manage the full sales cycle—from qualifying a genuine lead, understanding their business pains, presenting tailored solutions, to negotiating and sealing the deal.
  • Build a Pipeline: You're not just a caller; you're an entrepreneur for your territory. You'll develop and maintain a healthy pipeline, using our CRM to track your progress toward (and beyond) target.
  • Earn Like a Partner: Your effort directly fuels your earnings through our uncapped commission structure. See your results reflected in your paycheck every month.

We Want to Hear From You If You Have:

  • At least 1 year of experience in B2B, international, or tele-sales. You know the difference between making calls and making deals.
  • Professional, confident spoken English. You can build rapport with US clients and handle objections smoothly.
  • A proven sales mindset. You're driven by targets, motivated by incentives, and resilient in the face of rejection.
  • The availability and willingness to work on-site in Karachi during night shifts to sync with the US workday.

Your Clear-Eyed Compensation & Growth Path:

  • Base Salary + Uncapped Commission: A solid starting base plus a aggressive commission plan with no upper limit.
  • Realistic Earning Potential (Based on Current Team Performance):
  • Performing consistently: PKR 100,000+ per month (base + commission)
  • Top Closer: PKR 200,000+ per month (base + commission)
  • Long-Term Career: This is a permanent, in-house role with a structured path to Senior Sales Executive, Team Lead, and Account Management positions for those who deliver.
