What You'll Be Doing

  • Writing clean, secure, and maintainable Laravel code
  • Assisting in building & integrating RESTful APIs
  • Working with MySQL databases and learning to optimize queries
  • Using Git for version control and collaborative workflows
  • Debugging issues with guidance from senior engineers
  • Pairing with mentors to build production-ready features
  • Communicating clearly with
    team members and clients
    to gather requirements and share progress
  • Taking
    ownership
    of small tasks and showing
    willingness to work independently

What You Should Bring

  • 0–6 months of Laravel/PHP development experience (academic, internship, or self-projects count)
  • Basic understanding of MySQL, HTML/CSS, and JavaScript
  • Familiarity with Git basics
  • Solid understanding of
    OOP and MVC concepts
  • Strong
    verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to
    explain technical details
    in simple words to non-technical people (clients/stakeholders)
  • A
    creative and innovative mindset
    with eagerness to learn
  • Ability to
    take initiative

Nice to Have
