Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate
IELTS & PTE Instructor
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality test preparation classes, guiding students to achieve their target scores, and creating an engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct
    IELTS (Academic & General)
    and
    PTE
    classes for individuals and groups.
  • Prepare lesson plans aligned with exam formats and skill requirements.
  • Assess students' English language proficiency and provide personalized feedback.
  • Develop practice materials, mock tests, and performance improvement strategies.
  • Track student progress and share reports with management.
  • Stay updated with the latest exam patterns, scoring criteria, and training techniques.
  • Create a motivating and supportive learning environment.
  • Conduct mock exams and analyze results for improvement.
  • Maintain class discipline and ensure timely syllabus completion.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or related field (preferred).
  • Strong command of English (writing, reading, speaking, listening).
  • Prior experience as an IELTS/PTE instructor or proven high band/score.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work with diverse groups of learners.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Passion for teaching and student success.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience teaching in coaching centers or academies.
  • Familiarity with digital teaching tools and online classes.
