Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Medical Officer role in
Karachi
Division. The Senior Medical Officer will oversee and manage patient care delivery, provide expert medical treatment, and collaborate with a team of physicians to enhance care quality. Responsibilities include conducting medical evaluations, performing surgeries as necessary, supervising and training medical staff, and ensuring adherence to best medical practices. The position requires leadership in medical operations and the maintenance of high standards of patient safety.

Qualifications

  • MBBS degree or equivalent qualification; postgraduate specialization is a plus
  • Familiarity with Patient Care principles and the ability to manage diverse medical cases
  • Experience in Training and mentoring medical staff for skill development
  • Strong collaborative skills for working with Physicians in a multidisciplinary environment
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role
