We are seeking a skilled 
Custom WordPress Developer

with strong expertise in WordPress Theme Development, frontend development (HTML, CSS), 
and server management

. The ideal candidate will be experienced in building and customizing WordPress websites using PHP, handling website migrations, DNS management, and ensuring secure, optimized hosting environments.

You will work on custom themes, plugin development, WooCommerce, performance optimization, and server-related tasks like website transfers, backups, and DNS configurations.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain 
    custom WordPress themes and plugins
    .
  • Customize and extend existing themes/plugins.
  • Work with 
    WooCommerce
     for eCommerce solutions.
  • Handle 
    website migrations between servers/hosts
    .
  • Manage 
    DNS records, domain configurations, SSL certificates
    .
  • Optimize websites for 
    performance, SEO, and security
    .
  • Collaborate with designers, SEO specialists, and other developers.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve both 
    WordPress and hosting/server issues
    .

 Requirements

  • Proven experience as a 
    WordPress Developer (3+ years preferred)
    .
  • Strong knowledge of 
    PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery
    .
  • Experience with 
    Theme Development, Custom Fields (ACF).
  • Familiarity with 
    REST API integrations
    .
  • Proficiency in 
    server management (cPanel, Plesk, VPS, WHM, etc.)
    .
  • Experience with 
    website migrations, backups, and DNS record management
    .
  • Knowledge of 
    SSL setup, email/DNS troubleshooting
    .
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

 Nice to Have

  • Experience with 
    Headless WordPress (React, , Vue)
    .
  • Familiarity with 
    cloud hosting (AWS, Google Cloud, DigitalOcean, Cloudways)
    .
  • Knowledge of 
    server-level security and firewall configurations
    .
