We're seeking a
motivated, detail-oriented, and intelligent Project Coordinator
-
Supply Chain Compliance
for one of our esteemed clients — a multinational supply chain compliance firm working with global blue-chip companies across multiple countries.

The role is focused purely on serving and succeeding with global clients including some of the largest blue-chip companies of the world and provides excellent development, exposure and progression opportunities working with team spread over seven countries and growing.

Excellent (10/10) English Writing skills are required for this role.

Key Expectations are as below:

1- Manages client communications as key account manager for the assigned accounts

a. Prepares and sends quotes/proposals

b. Manages all communications with partners and logistic companies

c. Responsible for all documentation and pricelist requests on customer demands

d. Responsible for issuing and for follow-up on all invoices

e. Responsible for follow-ups with all inquiries and prospects

f. Responsible for maintaining excellent working relationship with blue-chip global clients by delivering excellent value

2- Should have excellent writing exposure to produce high quality short/long content in the form of news items/articles for the company website/LinkedIn page etc.

3- Manages all third party communications with regulators and logistic companies including managing all required documentation

4- Manages, updates and communicates ongoing projects statuses in the company CRM and to project stakeholders

5- Assists and updates executive team on all ongoing projects and activities.

6- Hungry for growth and willing to jump on every single growth/improvement/exposure opportunity.

7- Should be comfortable working solo on new assignments including detailed country regulations research, compilation and regulatory reports generation and yet should be a team player willing to support team as and when required
