About the Role

We're looking for a
highly creative and experienced Senior Video Editor
who brings stories to life through powerful visuals, pacing, and motion graphics. If you're someone who can turn raw footage into captivating narratives — blending cinematic editing with animation and design flair — we'd love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Edit
    B-rolls, highlight reels, and long-form content
    for social media, campaigns, and YouTube.
  • Design and integrate
    custom motion graphics and animations
    that elevate storytelling.
  • Develop
    storyboards and visual sequences
    aligned with brand identity and emotional tone.
  • Craft
    smooth pacing, rhythm, and flow
    using transitions, effects, and sound design.
  • Add
    captivating hooks, styled captions, and visual effects
    to boost viewer engagement.
  • Sync visuals accurately with
    music, voiceovers, and ambient audio.
  • Ensure
    visual consistency
    and alignment with brand guidelines across all projects.
  • Collaborate closely with the
    creative and marketing teams
    to produce high-impact video content.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years
    of proven professional experience in video editing and motion graphics.
  • Proficient in
    Adobe Premiere Pro
    and
    After Effects.
  • Strong grasp of
    storytelling, pacing, and emotional editing.
  • Excellent command of
    English
    for accurate captioning and contextual understanding.
  • Sharp eye for detail, ensuring clean cuts, smooth transitions, and perfect sync.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and deadline-oriented
    with strong creative instincts.
  • Experience in
    color grading
    and
    audio post-production.
