Job Summary:

The Senior Oracle EBS Developer is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting customizations and integrations within Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS). The role involves collaborating with business users, functional analysts, and technical teams to deliver scalable and efficient Oracle-based solutions aligned with organizational needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain Oracle EBS extensions, reports, interfaces, conversions, and workflows (RICEW components).
  • Customize and enhance Oracle EBS modules such as Financials, SCM, HRMS, or others as per business requirements.
  • Develop PL/SQL procedures, packages, functions, and APIs to support application customizations and integrations.
  • Perform code reviews, optimize SQL queries, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Support application upgrades, patching, and performance tuning.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in Oracle EBS and related systems.
  • Provide production support and ensure system reliability and performance.
  • Document technical designs, test plans, and deployment procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in Oracle EBS development and support.
  • Strong proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL, SQL, Forms, Reports, Workflow, and OA Framework.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12 (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Oracle APIs, EBS data model, and integration using Web Services or Oracle SOA Suite.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Oracle Cloud migration or hybrid EBS-Cloud integrations.
  • Knowledge of BI Publisher, Oracle APEX, or OAF personalization.
  • Exposure to DevOps tools and CI/CD practices for Oracle environments.
