Role Description
This is a fulltime role for a Presales Consultant located in Islamabad, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Presales Consultant will collaborate closely with sales and technical teams to provide tailored solutions to clients by understanding their business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate technical discussions, workshops, and solution defining with clients.
- Develop and showcase comprehensive solution architectures and product timelines.
- Produce advanced demonstrations, prototypes, and enterprise-level proof of concepts (POCs).
- Address intricate RFPs/RFIs with detailed technical proposals and Bill of Quantities (BOQs).
- Assist the Sales team in proposal defense, value positioning, and negotiations.
- Guide junior pre-sales team members and contribute to knowledge growth.
- Liaise with Delivery teams to guarantee effective transitions of scoped solutions.
Expertise and Credentials
- 4 to 5 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Solutions, or Enterprise Advisory roles.
- Strong understanding of software/cloud lifecycles, public sector procurement, and compliance frameworks
- Deep knowledge of Technology Services and Business Applications
- Practical experience in crafting proposals, responding to tenders, and designing solutions.
- Outstanding communication skills in client interactions and the ability to convey narratives effectively.
- Capability to convert business needs into technical solutions and demonstrate return on investment.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate client needs and propose the best solutions
- Experience in Consulting and Sales, with a focus on client relationship management and understanding business requirements
- Proven ability in Presales activities, including presentations, demonstrations, and proposal creation
- Project Management expertise to ensure deliverables are aligned with client expectations
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of Oracle products and solutions is highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field
