Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Final Expense Closer, located on-site in Rawalpindi. The Final Expense Closer will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, communicating with potential clients, identifying their needs, and closing sales. The role also involves maintaining detailed records of interactions, meeting sales targets, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Qualifications

  • Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in sales, particularly in the insurance domain
  • Ability to work with targets and handle rejections professionally
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other related tools
  • Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in sales or marketing is beneficial
