We're looking for a
Social Media Officer
who's passionate about storytelling, loves creating engaging digital content, and knows how to turn followers into a thriving community.

What You'll Do

  • Plan, create, and manage content across GenieSign's social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok).
  • Develop and execute creative social campaigns to boost brand awareness and engagement.
  • Write compelling captions and stories that reflect GenieSign's tone; friendly, professional, and human.
  • Collaborate with design and marketing teams to produce eye-catching visuals and videos.
  • Monitor trends, competitor activities, and engagement metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Respond to community interactions with warmth, professionalism, and brand consistency.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports and insights for management.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in managing brand social media.
  • Creative mindset with a strong understanding of visual storytelling.
  • Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, and social analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication skills (English proficiency preferred).
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about digital engagement.
