Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to oversee and manage our social media presence. This role requires a creative visionary with strong expertise in AI-generated videos, animated content, social media strategy, and content creation. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of trends, a passion for digital marketing, and the ability to create impactful content that drives engagement and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Strategy & Execution: Develop, implement, and manage a social media strategy across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
• AI Video Creation: Utilize AI tools to produce engaging, high-quality video content for campaigns, ads, and posts that grab attention and drive interaction.
• Animation & Motion Graphics: Create visually appealing animated videos and motion graphics using tools like Adobe After Effects, Blender, or other animation software.
• Reels & Short-Form Content: Create eye-catching and viral content for Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, and YouTube Shorts that align with trends and resonate with target audiences.
• Content Creation & Curation: Craft compelling posts, captions, and multimedia content that capture the brand's voice and engage followers.
• Content Calendar Management: Develop and manage a content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of posts, videos, and campaigns.
• Performance Analysis & Reporting: Monitor and analyze key metrics such as engagement rates, views, and ROI. Adjust strategies based on insights and data.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team, designers, and other departments to ensure brand consistency across all content.
• Trendspotting: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, emerging technologies (like AI), and best practices to continuously improve content.

Key Qualifications:

• Proven Experience: Minimum [X] years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, or digital marketing.
• AI Video Expertise: Experience with AI-driven video tools (e.g., Synthesia, RunwayML, DeepBrain) to create innovative video content.
• Animation & Video Editing Skills: Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Blender, or similar tools to create animated videos and motion graphics.
• Social Media Mastery: In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and algorithms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.), with a track record of successful campaigns.
• Creative Content Creation: Ability to create high-impact, visually engaging content including Reels, TikToks, Stories, and posts that increase follower engagement.
• Analytical Skills: Proficiency in using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.) to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Project Management: Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously, with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create captivating and on-brand copy.
