Location: DHA Phase 2, Islamabad

Company: Mulligans (SMC-Pvt) Limited

Mulligans (SMC-Pvt) Limited is a C-1 construction company engaged in the supply, installation, and maintenance of electronic and electromechanical equipment. We are looking for a qualified and creative architect to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, a keen design sense, and the ability to deliver functional and aesthetic architectural solutions aligned with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop architectural concepts, drawings, and detailed construction plans.
  • Collaborate with engineers, consultants, and clients to ensure design feasibility and compliance.
  • Prepare 3D models, visualisations, and presentation materials for client approval.
  • Ensure adherence to architectural standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
  • Oversee project execution and provide on-site architectural guidance when required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture (Master's preferred).
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other related architectural software.
  • Excellent communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft word, excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Excellent Presentation skills
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in architectural design or construction projects.
