Lahore & Multan (Onsite)

Experience:
3 – 10 years

Shift:
6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (PKT)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide
    Remote Support
    to end-users using
    Remote Support Tools, RMM Tools, and Ticketing Portals.
  • Manage and troubleshoot
    O365 Administration
    including user accounts, licenses, and mailbox issues.
  • Perform
    Network Troubleshooting
    (Routers, Switches, Firewalls, VPN) to ensure secure and stable connectivity.
  • Administer
    Active Directory & Azure AD
    – including
    user creation, password resets, and group policies.
  • Support and maintain
    Microsoft Exchange
    mailboxes.
  • Provide hands-on support for
    Windows 10 & 11
    operating systems.
  • Manage and troubleshoot
    printers, scanners, and other peripheral devices.
  • Deliver
    MAC Support
    for Apple users when required.
  • Implement and monitor
    End Point Security solutions (Anti-Virus, Malware Protection).
  • Document technical issues and resolutions in line with support standards.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3 – 10 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or network engineering.
  • Proficiency in
    remote support tools, RMM tools, and ticketing portals.
  • Strong knowledge of
    O365, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, and Azure AD.
  • Good understanding of
    network troubleshooting (routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs).
  • Hands-on experience with
    Windows 10/11, MAC devices, printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
  • Familiarity with
    end-point security solutions (Anti-Virus, EDR).
  • Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work onsite in
    night shift (6 PM – 3 AM PKT).
