Job Description:

Metis International is hiring a
Management Trainee Officer (MTO) – UI/UX
to join our creative and dynamic team. The selected candidate will work closely with the marketing and development teams to design engaging, user-friendly digital experiences and maintain a consistent brand identity across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create visually stunning and engaging graphics for social media, including banners, product images, icons, and promotional materials.
  • Design and optimize graphics for various online platforms, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging.
  • Conceptualize and design user-friendly interfaces for websites and mobile applications.
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively.
  • Collaborate with marketing and development teams to ensure UI/UX designs are implemented accurately.
  • Stay up-to-date with UI/UX best practices, design trends, and industry standards to ensure visuals are contemporary and effective.
  • Edit and retouch product images to enhance quality and accuracy.
  • Maintain a consistent brand identity across all visual and interface elements.
  • Conduct usability reviews and recommend improvements to enhance the user experience.
  • Manage and organize design assets, maintaining an efficient and accessible file structure.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • 0–1 year of experience.
