Job Description:

- Communication with Leads provided by the company
- Update CRM records
- Level 1 customer support
- Keep himself updated with companys products and schemes
- Attend sales meetings
- Update sheets / Report work on daily basis.
- Sales Target achievement
- Continuous improvement in work quality with positive mind and attitude
- Punctuality
- Maintenance of office decorum

Responding to customer inquiries via phone,email, and chat

Providing product information and demonstration to customers

Sales Targets: Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Customer Satisfaction: Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through
effective communication and support.Any difficulty in filling form? WhatsApp at
Lead Conversion Rate: Improving lead conversion rates to increase sales.
Response Time: Ensuring timely response to customer inquiries and requests.
Retention Rate: Increasing customer retention rate through proactive
engagement and support

Experience: 2 to 3 years 

Salary: 60k

Location: Gulshan, Karachi
