Job Purpose:

We're looking for a Project & Operations Executive who can handle projects smoothly from start to finish You'll plan, track, and coordinate with teams to make sure everything gets done on time and within budget. You'll be doing managing projects, improving processes, and keeping clients updated. You should have a business degree, great communication skills, and some project management experience.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage projects from start to final delivery.
  • Coordinate with teams and assign tasks effectively.
  • Track progress and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Improve internal processes to increase efficiency.
  • Maintain updated project documents and reports.
  • Communicate regularly with clients for updates and feedback.
  • Identify problems early and find practical solutions.
  • Ensure all work follows company policies and standards.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field.
  • Fresh & 1–2 years of experience in project management or operations.
  • Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic project management tools.
