Position: International Business Development Executive (Female)

Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi

Timings: 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM (Afternoon Shift)

Description:

Sofcom is looking for a smart, sharp, and quick-learning female International Business Development Executive (Fresh to 6 months of experience) to join our growing team in Karachi.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify international leads through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
  • Conduct market research to explore global business opportunities.
  • Maintain and update client and lead information in CRM systems.
  • Support the sales team in preparing proposals and presentations.
  • Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales/lead generation targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates or up to 6 months of experience in international B2B sales or lead generation (preferably in tech/software).
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Quick learner with a proactive attitude and strong organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM tools, and email outreach platforms is a plus.
  • Passion for growth and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced global environment.
