Ringo Media is a fast-growing digital solutions company looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Strategist to join our team. We'd love to hear from you if you're passionate about social platforms, content creation, and driving engagement.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing social media for multiple brands, creating original content, and using automation tools to schedule and monitor performance. You'll work closely with our design, and marketing teams to build campaigns that convert and grow our clients' online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute social media strategies across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat, and Pinterest.
  • Write engaging content for social media posts, combining AI-assisted writing with original creative copy.
  • Use social media automation and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, SocialPilot) to publish, manage, and monitor content calendars.
  • Collaborate with designers and video editors to create eye-catching graphics, short videos, and multimedia assets.
  • Track engagement metrics, monitor performance, and prepare reports with actionable insights.
  • Stay active on brand pages to respond, engage, and build meaningful community interactions.
  • Generate leads and support brand growth through creative social strategies.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience managing social media accounts and campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with major platforms (LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create attention-grabbing content tailored to different audiences.
  • Proficiency in automation and analytics tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or SocialPilot.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and deliver content that aligns with business goals.
  • Experience with Canva or graphic design tools is a plus.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and strategic planning skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50, Rs80,000.00 per month
