Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented International Sales Officer to join our growing Sales Team. This is not a call-center role—the ideal candidate will have hands-on exposure to CRMs, international client communication, and multi-channel sales operations including email, calls, and live chat.

This role offers excellent learning and career growth in a professional environment dealing with international markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and engage international leads through email, calls, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Use CRM tools to update, track, and manage customer interactions and sales pipelines.
  • Understand client requirements and present suitable services/solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and follow-up to close leads effectively.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports of sales activities and lead progress.
  • Ensure all communication aligns with company standards and professionalism.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or any relevant field.
  • Strong command of English (written and verbal).
  • Good understanding of CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
  • Experience with international customer handling through email, calls, or chat is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
