Business Development Officer (BDO) – CP Tech International

Job Overview:

CP Tech International is looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Business Development Officer (BDO) to grow our presence in the UAE & PK market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving consistent revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

· Contact potential and existing clients via calls, emails, and meetings to introduce company products and services.

· Generate new leads and maintain a consistent follow-up strategy.

· Build long-term relationships with clients through professional communication.

· Achieve monthly business targets and prepare regular sales reports.

· Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client data.

· Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth business operations.

Requirements:

· Excellent spoken and written English; Arabic is a plus.

· Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

· Experience in business development, telesales, or client relations (UAE market experience preferred).

· Confident, proactive, and target-oriented personality.

· Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, or Google Sheets).

· Must be able to work UAE business hours (9 AM – 6 PM).

Salary & Benefits:

· Salary: Starting from PKR 60,000 (Performance-based growth).

· Trial Period: 15 days (paid evaluation before final selection).
