PRG is looking for a
Manager of ERP & Digital Transformation
to spearhead the implementation of
Microsoft Dynamics 365
and drive organization-wide digital adoption.

This leadership role is all about turning vision into measurable progress — optimizing workflows, automating processes, and enabling data-driven decision-making across
Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Operations, Customer Success, HR, and IT
.

You'll begin with
U.S. operations
, then expand to
Pakistan and India
, ensuring consistent transformation across all regions.

You'll work closely with our
Process Improvement and PMO teams
to align ERP workflows with strategic business goals, ensuring
maximum ROI, adoption, and seamless execution.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the
    Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP
    rollout using a
    phased and cost-efficient approach
    .
  • Map and optimize workflows across multiple departments.
  • Partner with
    Process Improvement
    to embed ERP in redesigned business workflows.
  • Drive
    digital adoption
    through structured training, change management, and user support.
  • Deliver measurable ROI — reducing manual hours, enabling automation, and improving reporting efficiency.
  • Manage ERP vendor relationships, including
    negotiations and performance monitoring
    .
  • Develop
    dashboards and executive reports
    for real-time insights.
  • Ensure seamless ERP integration with
    PRG's proprietary systems
    .
  • Contribute to the
    long-term roadmap
    for ERP expansion across global business units.


Qualifications

  • 10+ years
    of ERP and Digital Transformation leadership experience.
  • Deep expertise in
    Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure, and Power Platform
    .
  • Proven record in delivering
    ERP transformations
    across multi-entity organizations.
  • Strong grasp of
    change management, executive stakeholder engagement, and process optimization
    .
  • Demonstrated success in achieving
    cost efficiencies
    through technology-driven initiatives.
