ParaTech Software Solutions (Pvt.) Ltd. is looking for ERP Supports Executive having verbal and written skills in English and prior experience of at least one year specifically as ERP implementations Services for Software and technical supports.

The ERP Support Executive will be responsible for supporting all aspects of the ERP Modules/Systems and services.

Job Type: Full-time

Experience: 1 year Plus

Requirement:

  • B-COM or IT Graduate with industry experience.
  • ERP implementation off site and on-site.
  • Understand client requirements and the ability to convey to developers.
  • Handling of support issues at client via telephonic or online or onsite.
  • Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities / Duties:

  • Installing and configuring ERP modules/ applications.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues to resolution.
  • Provide technical assistance to project teams and undertake technical project roles when required.
  • Support Engineer responsibilities include resolving Laptops, PCs, Printers, configuring operating systems and using remote desktop connections to provide immediate support.
  • Responding to technical support calls from end-users for ERP software applications.
  • Setting up and installing new computers and software.
  • Installing updates, known as patches, to software applications.
  • Speaking to customers to quickly get to the root of their problem.
  • Providing timely and accurate customer feedback.
  • Talking to customers through a series of actions to resolve a problem.
  • Following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved.
  • Supporting the roll-out of new applications.
  • Providing support in the form of procedural documentation.
  • Managing multiple cases at one time.
  • Testing and evaluating new technologies.
