As we continue to expand our footprint across the local (domestic) market, we're looking for a Sales Specialist who can promote our brand, build strong client relationships, and drive business growth within Pakistan.

About the Role

We're seeking a dynamic and well-spoken Sales Specialist to lead Kamsoft Technologies' presence in the local market. The ideal candidate will be confident, fluent in English, and skilled in understanding client needs — especially within the technology or pharma sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and represent Kamsoft Technologies' services and brand in the local market.
  • Identify, approach, and engage potential corporate and SME clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat business.
  • Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities across industries.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely service delivery.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA Marketing preferred).
  • 1–2 years of proven sales experience in the local/domestic market.
  • Knowledge of the pharma industry will be a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication skills — fluent in English is mandatory.
  • Smart personality with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and confident in client-facing roles.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
