Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Karāchi for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and nurturing business prospects, maintaining strong client relationships, meeting and exceeding sales targets, and communicating effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Additional responsibilities include delivering product trainings, managing sales processes, and supporting customer service efforts to drive customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Sales and Sales Management to achieve and exceed targets
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities to build relationships with clients
  • Experience in conducting Training or presentations to convey product knowledge effectively
  • Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • Prior experience in sales roles and familiarity with the local market in Karāchi
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales software is a plus
