We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced
Mid to Senior MERN Stack Developer
to join our development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications. You should have strong problem-solving skills, deep technical expertise, and the ability to lead projects while mentoring junior developers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a backend engineer using
  • 2+ years of strong production experience with NestJS
  • Proficiency in designing and building REST APIs using industry best practices
  • Strong hands-on experience with both MySQL and PostgreSQL:
  • Schema design, query optimization, indexing, and migrations
  • Comfortable writing complex joins, subqueries, and stored procedures
  • Solid understanding of MongoDB for NoSQL use cases
  • Experience implementing and working with queues (e.g., BullMQ, RabbitMQ, or Redis queues) for async job processing
  • Experience with caching mechanisms (Redis, in-memory caches) and rate limiting
  • Deep understanding of multi-tenant architecture and data isolation strategies
  • Strong foundation in software engineering principles — OOP, SOLID, DRY, and clean architecture
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments (e.g., Docker, GitHub Actions)
  • Strong database design, troubleshooting, and performance tuning skills
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience with event-driven architecture or microservices
  • Knowledge of GraphQL
  • Experience with AR-related backend use cases (e.g. serving 3D assets)
  • Exposure to personalization, segmentation, or campaign targeting
