About the Role

You will book qualified appointments with UK small and mid-sized businesses for 's bookkeeping and accounting services. You will run targeted outbound calls, follow structured talk tracks, and convert interest into calendar bookings for our advisors.

What You'll Do

  • Make 70 to 120 outbound calls per day to UK SMB decision makers.
  • Qualify prospects against ideal customer criteria and objections.
  • Present a crisp value proposition, secure discovery call bookings.
  • Log calls, notes, and outcomes in the CRM, maintain pipeline hygiene.
  • Follow up via call, SMS, and email to lift show rates.
  • Hit and exceed weekly KPIs on connects, meetings set, and held.
  • Comply with UK PECR, GDPR, and Telephone Preference Service rules.
  • Share call feedback to improve lists, scripts, and offers.

What You'll Bring

  • 1+ year of B2B cold calling or SDR experience, ideally in services or SaaS.
  • Clear English, confident phone presence, active listening, objection handling.
  • Discipline with CRM, list work, and daily activity targets.
  • Comfort working remote, reliable internet and power backup.
  • Integrity, coachability, and a results mindset.

Nice to Have

  • UK market exposure, accounting or professional services background.
  • Experience with HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce, plus power dialers.
  • Script testing, A/B talk-track experience, calendar management.

KPIs and Targets

  • Daily activity: 70 to 120 calls, 8 to 15 live connects.
  • Pipeline: 12 to 20 qualified meetings booked per week, show-rate improvement over time.
  • Quality: complete notes, accurate dispositioning, minimal no-shows after confirmations.

Tools You'll Use

  • CRM, power dialer, email and SMS tools, calendar scheduling, call recording for coaching.

Training and Support

  • Onboarding with product and ICP briefs, live call coaching, weekly performance reviews, clear career paths for high performers.

Compliance

  • Adhere to PECR and GDPR, check TPS lists, respect opt-outs, log consent accurately.
