We are hiring an energetic Cold Calling Sales Representative to join our design and development sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, pitching our services, generating leads, and converting potential clients into customers.

You will represent our brand, understand client needs, and offer website design, development, and branding solutions tailored to their business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to international prospects (US, UK, Canada).
  • Pitch website design, development, and branding services.
  • Generate and qualify leads through phone conversations.
  • Build strong client relationships through follow-ups and professional communication.
  • Schedule meetings or demos for interested clients.
  • Maintain call records and update CRM regularly.
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and English-speaking skills (mandatory).
  • Experience in cold calling, telesales, or international sales is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of web design, development, and branding concepts.
  • Confident, goal-driven, and self-motivated personality.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision and handle rejections positively.
