Job Summary:

IPAC Foundation is seeking a proactive and creative
Marketing & Communications Associate-
Fundraising & PR
to lead our fundraising initiatives and public engagement efforts. This is a
target-based role
, focused on securing funds through donors, sponsorships, and partnerships, while also managing external communications, media relations, and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Fundraising & Sponsorship

  • Identify, approach, and secure
    individual donors, corporate sponsors, CSR partners
    , and grant-making institutions.
  • Achieve
    monthly, quarterly, and annual fundraising targets
    .
  • Write compelling
    proposals, donor communications, and sponsorship decks
    .
  • Build and manage a
    donor and sponsor
    , tracking all stages from outreach to closing.
  • Organize
    fundraising campaigns
    , donor events, and engagement drives.
  • Develop
    corporate partnerships
    aligned with the NGO's mission and programs.
  • Maintain relationships with funders through regular updates, impact reports, and personal engagement.

Public Relations & Communications

  • Lead
    media relations
    , including drafting press releases, organizing press conferences, and securing media coverage.
  • Serve as a spokesperson for the organization at external events, in media, and during fundraising campaigns.
  • Build and maintain relationships with
    journalists, media outlets, bloggers, and influencers
    .
  • Develop and execute
    public awareness campaigns
    that support fundraising goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, Marketing, Business, Public Relations, or a related field. Masters preferred.
  • 2 years of experience in
    fundraising, PR, communications, or donor relations
    .
  • Excellent communication, public speaking, negotiation, and writing skills.
  • Experience working with
    media, press, and external stakeholders
    .

Location:
Head Office & Field-Based

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

1-Year Contract (Extension to Permanent Based on Target Achievement)
