Job Overview

The Fundraising Manager is responsible for leading the fundraising team, developing and implementing strategies to meet fundraising goals, and managing relationships with donors and non-profit clients. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and communication skills to drive sustainable growth and social impact for the causes we support.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead the fundraising department, including junior and senior fundraising executives.

· Define and communicate monthly fundraising goals, KPIs, and targets to the team.

· Manage a team of 5–8 members and ensure consistent performance and productivity.

· Develop and execute fundraising strategies to meet or exceed monthly donation targets.

· Oversee the departmental calendar, including donor campaigns, cause promotions, and strategic events.

· Design strategic roadmaps to meet organizational fundraising and impact goals.

· Monitor donor trends, fundraising performance, and identify new opportunities for donor acquisition and retention.

· Collaborate with the analytics team to convert data insights into actionable fundraising strategies.

· Train and upskill fundraising team members in communication, pitching, and donor engagement techniques.

· Report monthly performance including fundraising revenue, donor metrics, and budget analysis.

· Report directly to the Country Head.

· Ensure high accountability and timely completion of assigned tasks.

· Act as a role model, promoting a positive and purpose-driven work environment.

· Build and manage donor relationships to ensure continued support and potential upgrades.

· Oversee day-to-day activities of the fundraising team and track progress against targets.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Development Studies, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of leading teams and meeting revenue/fundraising goals.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and persuasive communication skills.
  • Analytical Mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable plans.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools.

Pay: Rs60, Rs70,000.00 per month
