Medical Record Specialist

Role Overview:
As an MR Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our US-based clients by preparing high-quality medical reports. You'll work closely with physicians, ensure accuracy and confidentiality, and maintain a high standard of service delivery during night shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and transcribe dictated or written notes from physicians to prepare comprehensive medical reports.
Ensure all reports are accurate, complete, and comply with established standards and client requirements.
Communicate effectively with US-based clients and internal teams to clarify report details when needed.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive patient and client information.
Meet daily and weekly reporting deadlines with precision and consistency.
Requirements:
4–5 years of experience in a medical reporting, transcription, or similar client-facing healthcare documentation role.
Strong understanding of medical terminology and report formatting.
Excellent English communication skills — both written and verbal.
Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to multitask efficiently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and report management tools.
Must be available to work during night shifts (US hours).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs120, Rs130,000.00 per month
