Location: Head Office, Lahore, Pakistan
Job Type: Full-time | Timings: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM (PAK EST)
Level: Mid-Level | Department: Med Tech | Reports To: Team Lead
About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Medical Billing Specialist to manage end-to-end billing and revenue cycle processes. You will handle claim submission, follow-ups, denial management, and ensure timely reimbursements from insurance providers, patients, and government programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit accurate claims using ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes.
- Follow up on unpaid/denied claims and handle appeals or resubmissions.
- Post payments, maintain billing records, and support monthly reports.
- Verify patient insurance eligibility and update payer information.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, payer guidelines, and coding regulations.
Requirements
- Experience: 2–4 years in US Medical Billing (A/R & Denial Management).
- Education: Bachelor's degree (Commerce, Finance, or Healthcare preferred).

- Strong understanding of RCM and US insurance processes
- Proficiency in billing platforms (e.g., Kareo, eClinicalWorks, AdvancedMD)
- Analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Knowledge of HIPAA, EOBs, and payer appeal procedures
