About The Role
The Assistant Manager – Finance will play a key role in driving business performance through financial planning, analysis, and strategic support. This role offers exposure across supply, commercial, and factory finance, providing an excellent platform for career growth within Reckitt's dynamic FMCG environment.

Your responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver insightful financial analysis and decision support.
• Lead month-end closing activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Reckitt's global accounting policies.
• Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses to identify risks and opportunities.
• Support commercial teams in pricing, trade spend analysis, and profitability improvement initiatives.
• Drive cost control initiatives and financial discipline across functions.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
• Collaborate with regional and global finance teams to standardize reporting and share best practices.

The experience we're looking for

• CA (minimum 1 year post-qualification) or ACCA (minimum 3 years post-qualification).
• Experience in FMCG or a fast-paced consumer industry is essential.
• Strong understanding of commercial finance, P&L management, and financial planning processes.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
